Who We Are:Altmeyer's Western Wear began as a Tack business and expanded into Western wear in 1965 and trailer sales in 1966. The Western Wear began in Tionesta and moved in 1980 to a log cabin which is still open today along Route 422 East of Kittanning. In 1998, Altmeyer's Western Wear expanded again and this time added another location at the Clearview Mall in Butler, PA.
Today, Altmeyers is proud to offer you the convenience of on-line shopping as their newest storefront.

Altmeyers Western Wear wants you to be satisfied with your purchases. Altmeyers will gladly exchange, or refund your credit card any merchandise purchased from Altmeyers Western Wear Online within 14 days of the purchase if the merchandise is in exactly the same condition as it was received, and you've called us first to receive an RMA for that merchandise.
Our Returns Policy
To return an item, email returns@altmeyerswesternwear.com with the following:
- Your order number
- The products you wish to return
- The reason you wish to return the item
- What exchange you want (refund, credit, or exchange)
If your return is approved by Altmeyers, we'll send you an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) via email. You must return items with an email confirmation, and items must be in saleable condition.
For returns:
- All tags on the product
- Packaging must be intact
- Products must not have been washed
- Products must not have been worn
NOTE: Boots may be exchanged or
returned only if the soles are unscratched and are in new condition. When
trying on boots, be sure to walk only in carpeted area until you are sure
that your boots fit properly.
If you require a refund, please be aware of the following:
- A 10% restocking fee will be charged
- Shipping is non-refundable
